Peer/Client Surveys and ReflectionThis year I sent out surveys to 22 of my peers using a Google Form. I received feedback from 20 of them. The results of the surveys were very gratifying and validating to me as I sometimes feel as though I'm not making as big of a difference in the lives or our students since I wasn't in a classroom this year. The results and comments of my peers really made me realize that I am in fact affecting a larger group of students in my iCRT role that the 150 I would have had as a full-time Spanish teacher. My peers were very complimentary and ranked me as "always" or "to a great extent" in every category. I feel very fortunate to be working in a school where my skills and knowledge are valued.
Some of the comments I received were:
"Kiffany is a great resource to the school as a whole. Though I haven't watched her teach first hand I feel that my answers are truthful to the above question. My evidence for that is seeing how she uses technology through out her teaching as shown to us during technology committee meetings and other inservices she has led."
"Kiffany is a real star in our school who is an irreplaceable presence in helping students and teachers achieve their best. She is a master teacher who clearly communicates her love of the profession, and spreads her enthusiasm for utilizing educational technologies to improve student learning to everyone in our school. She has very strong leadership capabilities as well, and always completes her own goals as well as the goals of ThunderRidge. She is one of our best teachers, and her compassion has made her one of the most loved people in our school."

"I really appreciate the one-to-one help from Kiffany. She has never hesitated to step in and help out with individualized tech training and/or help. Kiffany is most definitely an outstanding teacher!"
"Kiffany is an amazing Tech expert and she is phenomenal teacher to both staff and students. I truly don't know of another teacher that surpasses her! I have enjoyed working with her and I am so grateful that she is at our school."
